Shipping Methods & Rates
- We ship all orders via USPS Ground Mail by default.
- If you prefer a faster shipping method, select a higher-priced option at checkout and include your request in the order notes so we can process it accordingly.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Blank orders ship immediately if in stock.
- Embroidered orders take 3-7 days to process before shipping, depending on order volume.
- We process all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- USPS Ground Mail typically delivers within 5-7 business days, though delays may occur due to weather or high shipping volumes.
- If you select expedited shipping, your delivery time will depend on USPS’s estimated transit time for that service.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your package.
- If you choose an upgraded shipping method, the additional cost will apply at checkout.
Undeliverable Addresses & Return Shipments
- Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
- If USPS returns your package due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, you must pay an additional shipping fee to have it resent.
Order Tracking
- Once we ship your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
- USPS tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in their system.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after USPS takes possession of the package.
- If your package is lost or delayed, contact USPS directly for assistance.
